Payment and Billing
She + Sky accepts the following forms of payment:
- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover only)
   You should see a prompt to fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form when you place your
order. You can also find it here.
- Factor (Net 30) through Finance One

Processing
Orders are received each business day at 9am PST and may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. For overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipments, please place orders by 9am PST to ensure same day processing.
Shipping and Handling
She + Sky ships via UPS. Standard shipping charges will apply to all orders, (additional shipping rates will apply to international orders). Shipments are sent out daily from Mondays – Fridays (major holidays excluded).
*Note: Orders will take up to 48 hours to process
For overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipments, please place orders by 9am PST.

Ground (3-7 days, determined by destination)
3 Day Select (delivery by end of day)
2nd Day Air (delivery by end of day)
2nd Day Air AM (delivery by 10:30 am)
Next Day Air Saver (delivery by 3pm)
Next Day Air (delivery by 10:30am)
Next Day Air Early AM (delivery by 8:30am)

Returns
Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents immediately.
We will only consider return requests for damaged and miss-shipped items.
We require a Return Authorization Form to be filled out for any return requests
and it must be submitted within 21 days of receiving your merchandise.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and without an RA number.
